Ability to accept paid listings from users

New template where categories can be listed above listings, instead of just sidebar

Instead of calling everything "Projects" allow customers to specify what they have in the directory: listings, wedding venues, submissions, etc.

For some cases when any analytics tool assigned to the directory, people might need to display cookie banner, make an option to turn it on/off

Using ScreenshotOne, would be great to have the ability to automatically screenshot/upload the page from the URL. (Right now I'm doing manually and time consuming for lots of listings.)

This would be helpful to send notification emails to users when new listings are approved.

This could make the directory much more flexible. For example, AI tools (main category) -> Copywriting (subcategory) Or for my use case, where locations are the categories: [country]/[state]/[city] [country] is the main category, [state] is subcategory and [city] is subsubcategory.

Ability to add custom links to the sidebar and top navbar. (just like we can do for custom pages, but for links)

It looks like we can add lisitngs, but it would be great to add categories so we can show a group of listings

I want to use some categories but not have them shown in the nav. A simple toggle in each category setting would be good.

Directory logo is only being shown on desktop.

when creating or editing a projects it would great to be able to add notes to myself about the project that is not visible on my site but only for me.

This is useful for image logos that already have the name in them.

This would help create a more welcoming, marketing focused homepage.

The ability for customers to pay to move to top of list for more visibility or featured on first page

it’s good for SEO internal cross-linking. as well as for ux. for example, when user opens any project card he will see articles related to that card. as well as if user opens article, then he will see a block that directs user to that card.

content-block widget could help to acquire new email subscribers or paid subscriptions. user can scroll/visit just limited cards/pages before he get blocking popup window with email subscription

The idea is to show a way for users to claim an unclaimed listing on the listing's front end. This is useful when directories are prepopulated.

I noticed that regardless of the theme, the button and pill colors are the same. It would be good to have an option in the settings to change the color based on directory branding.

On Edit Directory form when changing theme there could be a tooltip preview of theme preventing jumping back and forth between the website and directify

Make an option to choose between Submit project via form or email

Add a insighto link/button in the topbar for quick feature or issue reporting.

Increase pagination to 36 or allow to choose 12-24-36

Google sheets or bulk editing integration for larger directories. I have a 200+ item directory I'd love to be able to edit @ scale with Google Sheets as backend.

Together with categories, ability to add tags to listings

searching "keyword" + "category" should display relevant results.

Allow any text to be applied to the Listing URL Button.
