Create RSS Feeds for new posts on each branch of government's feed

RSS is pretty easy to setup with a ton of modules/plugins/libraries to create the feeds. It should be relatively easy to host the feeds as well alongside the rest of your hosted site. It would allow people to follow from a distance without having to always be physically present on the site and can help with discoverability once people start subscribing to the feeds and the other major feed readers start to cache the content and push it on their own feed discovery channels.
