install failure
I subscribed and download the mac version. After install I always get the error mention error hideyourbrowser is damaged and can't be opened. I repeated a couple of times still get the same error

subscription does not work
I payed for the scubscrition on last Friday. It showed correct subscription status after I pay. Then starting Sat to now, the status changed to I did not subscribed before then I paid again. The status still show I did not subscribe. Please help resolve. My account is rollingbear2004@gmail.com
