Internationalization (I18n)

It would be great if we could add built-in support for internationalization (I18n) so projects can easily support multiple languages from the start. Just having locale files, translation helpers, and a simple way to switch languages would save a ton of setup time. It’d make the boilerplate way more versatile for global apps.
