Lunch, Workout, Standup, etc. are generally daily or a few time-a-week. If there were a list of things often done, either through learning or just pre-populated by the user, that would be super helpful. The other idea on here to have a pre-defined weekday/weekend template would be helpful in itself.

The placeholders should not require copying text, but a selection of types of days (like weekday, weekend) when you reset.

Zdravím, kratší úkoly mi nepředbíhají ty delší. Např. Mám před obědem 30 minut času, ale pokud je další úkol na 60 minut a až ten po něm na 15 min, 15minutový úkol se mi tam automaticky nedoplní. Šlo by prosím změnit, aby se vyplňovala volná místa? Možná jen něco přehlížím. Díky

The default task length is 15 mins, but I would like all my tasks to default to 1 hour. Can you create a phrase we can type in at the top of the tasks to set the default task length? Something like "* Default Duration 60m" The * here refers to a 'setting'. Just an idea, as you may want to enter other settings as well (like setting the start time to be something different - like 9am for example).

May tasks keep flowing into very late hours like 9, 10, 11 PM. WIth a day end time, the overflowing tasks will be clearer

Learning the syntax is hard, possibility of rather having an interactive design and webapp to drag and create events, like Google Calendar or any other time blocking app?

It would be great to have some kind of prompt that would be triggered at the end of certain tasks to find out whether I finished the task or not. In my case, I do not have my tasks app (in general) open in front of me the whole day. That means I might have already completed the task, but the system doesn't know that and implicitly marks the task as incomplete, thus considering it during rescheduling. If I would be asked something like "Have you finished the task_name?" then only if I reply "no," the task will still be considered for the rest of the day's scheduling. Thus whenever I open the app it will show me relevant schedule...
