In 9:16 aspect ratio, we should be able to move the screen recording and camera positions to make it look good for Reels and TikTok videos. Right now the screen recording sticks to center only.

I would like the screen recording to take up the entire space of the video when removing the padding

In the editor seperate the audio track and also add some basic effects like increasing or decreasing audio level.

Being able to change the quality of recording preview (before export) would be nice.

I think it would be great to override the default cursor with a custom one.

Maybe it's just the nature of things, but if I record in 4K and export to 1080P, thin lines in the UI of whatever app I'm demoing will appear invisible in the rendered Rapidemo video.

Ability to substitute background for camera recording

Last night I experience the following bug: While recording a demo for my client, I had to pause and resume the recording multiple times, when reviewing the video, it looped randomly over distinct segments, normally on the segments in which I resumed the recording. While exporting showed the video as expected, it made editing and previewing really difficult, as it looped over 10 times per segment before continuing.

If I'm working on a video, I made end up redoing it 3 or 4 times, and every time I click area, I have to redraw the same dimensions. It would be nice if I could enable an option that would have it automatically size and position the last place I used it.

I chose Rapidemo over Talevideo despite the latter having more advanced features (captions aside). If you could incorporate some of the missing features in my comparison , namely: - text /lower 3rds - scenes with transitions - templated scenes - animated laptop/mobile It'll be a very complete solution. The reason I chose Rapidemo was just down to gut feeling about the future of the product and you - the developer.

When I use Figma (design app) and use hand tool or you can hold mouse wheel to move the canvas like in any other graphich editing tool, on record video is jerking and I couldnt fix it by adjusting the settings.

Add option to hide the cursor during a certain section of the video, the same way you can add a section to zoom in.

I bought Rapidemo yesterday for a yearly license, but noticed that I'm not able to move the camera recording video out of the way when presenting a powerpoint. It's always on the slides. I want to be able to move that video stream window to the side, or make it smaller, so all content is shown. Can't use your software for the powerpoint presentation usecase as it is...

I feel like the microphone recording has no adjustments like e.g. discord has to filter out background noise, background voices or typing sounds, that are annoying.

For some reason, the app cannot properly capture my Chrome window. The result is cropped and missing a part. I've 2 screens with different DPI on each so not sure if that might be causing the issue.

Make an option to hide the cursor completely if idle for x seconds. Also keep in mind to show the cursor back again slightly before the next movement starts. Fade in / Fade out would be my transition suggestion.

Option to add aditional recordings after the initial one - a specific part didn’t turn out as expected, I can re-record that and add it to the timeline.

Aside from using squares to completely avoid the issue, in all other cases, rounded edges have a strong jagged appearance and are not smooth enough.
