9:16 Recording Screen Position Should be Adjustable

In 9:16 aspect ratio, we should be able to move the screen recording and camera positions to make it look good for Reels and TikTok videos. Right now the screen recording sticks to center only.

Yes, i want o we want to be able to do this: https://www.instagram.com/p/DL2s4WdJMky The software records the entire screen, but I’m sure it’s hard for people to see what I’m doing when I show my PC screen in vertical format. The video I attached shows what I mean.
