A seasoning pricing feature would be great for us. The idea is to automatically drop rates for months that we are in the slow season. For example we may decide to drop pricing 15-20 percent during the months of may through August 1st due to it being a slower period. We want the seasonal price to be based on the event date, not the date the quote was created.

Implement a customizable buffer time between bookings for each inventory item (e.g., 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, etc.) to allow adequate time for cleaning, maintenance, or preparation before items are ready for the next rental.

A "reminder" notification feature would really come in handy in the notes section. Example: you're working with a customer going back and forth on the details, and you would like to move on from this customer, you can set a reminder to revisit this account and finalize the details in a day or two. Reminders in the NOTES section would be useful.

Beyond the fallback fee is there a way to manage the zipcode of the quote and not allow for qutoes out of state being made
