Delivery Schedule Report
Sometimes the internet/service is spotty around Houston and the website won't work. It would be nice if there was a report that could be printed or downloaded ahead of time that shows the deliveries for the day in order including the customer name, contact info, address, any necessary notes, and what is included in the order. It would be nice to have this kind of report for will call pick ups as well and then reports for delivery pick ups and will call returns. More like a summary for the day.

I have a few ideas to improve our inventory and process management: SOP Attachments: Add an option to upload SOPs directly to inventory items and processes. Certification Tracking: Keep track of which employees are certified on which SOPs. Employee Records: Store signed SOP documents for employees for our records. Reporting: Create reports to show which employees can handle specific tasks, making day-to-day planning easier. These changes would help streamline our operations and ensure everyone is properly trained.

Enhancements to Discounting Capabilities and Line Item Visibility on Quotes
Overview: To improve customer clarity and streamline our quoting process, I propose the following enhancements: 1. Maintain the General Discount Section: Retain the current functionality of the general discount section for broad discount applications. 2. Introduce Specific Line Item Discounting: Implement the ability to apply discounts to specific line items, such as delivery/pickup or handling fees. This will allow for more precise discount management and better customization of quotes. 3.Visual Updates for Discounted Line Items: Update the interface to show a strike-through of the original amount for discounted line items. Display the discounted amount alongside the original amount. This visual cue will help customers easily understand the adjustments made to their quote. Rationale: When specific fees, such as delivery, are discounted, customers often have difficulty understanding the changes if the original amount remains visible on the quote without clear indication of the discount. By incorporating a strike-through and showing the discounted price, we can enhance transparency and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, having the ability to adjust fees on the back end, similar to item charges, will provide us with more flexibility and control over our pricing structure.

I'd like to request the addition of some basic text formatting features for the content sections of our website, specifically for the category and item inventory descriptions, such as the ability to create numbered or bulleted lists (similar to Microsoft Word) and the ability to separate paragraphs using the "Enter" key. These enhancements would help us organize descriptions more effectively and present information in a clearer, more structured way.
