"Modifiers" Drop Down Menu

It would be helpful to have a "modifiers" drop down menu for items that can be modified. Such items as Linens, where instead of positing pictures of each color, we can have a drop down menu to have customers select the color of choice. It's also helpful to add modifiers to chairs/tables and tents so customers can select if they'd like set up included, or tent walls, lighting etc. I currently use this on on my site and it makes a difference. It's commonly used in retail but I have found it to be helpful for rental items as well.
