I want to cancel my subscription

I go through the process of uploading my video, going through the caption selections… but the. The program gets stuck and won’t load the new video with captions. I click on the “your videos” and the program is stuck in processing mode. Everything else about canva works like a dream and even on the subtitle pro app UNTIL I get to this part. Can you help?

Just created my first subtitles, but I noticed that the automated texts are not correct. So I wanted to edit them, but this is not possible? If so, this is the worst app ever. Sorry...

I purchased one-time credits and was surprised to be charged again for a subscription. I would like to cancel the subscription, but I don’t see an option to do so on my end. the app processed some videos of mine without giving me the final result. i payed for those credits so i need to be refunded as soon as possible.

yes it is a scam...i tried every possible way to unsubscribe as i am not able to edit anything and all my captions come our wrong. since 3 months im paying $9 every month for this scam. every big company has an option to unsubscribe but this company is so unprofessional they dont even reply you on your email neither cancels my subscription. big scam as im going to write to canva now to stop promoting you guys! i will write everywhere untill this company doesnt get back to me and unsubscribe and stop taking my $9 for free...imaging taking from so many people and nobody getting to use the thing. also they give limited credits for limited times to be used. its just a money making scam. if you dont reply to emails in professional way this what you will get to see about you everywhere!

There is no way to log in to change my credit card info, to cancel the subscription, or even change it.

Allow us a panel to correct substitles..lots of mistake need to be corrected. You are charging money . There should be a proper option to correct mistakes.

I have an edited video comprised of various clips (they're all from the same 2:11-minute source video). When I generated subtitles, the app generated subtitles for the entire 2:11 clip for some reason, instead of the edited clips in the order they appear in the project, rendering the subtitles useless.
